How Do I Measure For Product Sizing?

Be sure to measure correctly and base your size choice on exact measurement. DermaSaver products can not be returned or exchanged once the inside package is opened. DermaSaver Tubes are designed to fit loosely and we take that into consideration based on your actual measurement.

Arm Measurements - for Arm and Forearm tubes please measure the widest circumference around your forearm.
Leg Measurements - for Shin and Leg tubes please measure the widest circumference around your calf.
Foot Measurements - for the DermaBoot Tootal Foot Protector measure in inches from heel to toe.
Hand Mesaurements - for the Knuckle Protector measure around the set of all four major knuckles.
Heel Measurements - for the Stay Put Heel Protector measure circumference around heel to instep and back. ( see diagram)

How Often Should I Wear DermaSaver Products?

DermaSaver products are comfortable and breathable so they can be worn 24/7. They can only protect you when you are wearing them.

Can I Use Creams And Ointments with DermaSaver Products?

Yes.

How Do I Wash DermaSaver?

The DermaSaver MicroSpring fabric is completely machine launderable. DermaSaver should be laundered according to CDC guidelines for infection control: wash at 160*F for 20 minutes/dry on high. If using bleach, use lower concentrations to lengthen product life.

What Is DermaSaver Made Of?

The DermaSaver MicroSpring Textile is 90% Polyester and 10% Spandex, Latex-Free.

What If I need To Return An Item?

Unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. You can send the item back to us by whatever means is best for you. Shipping charges are not refunded. Because DermaSaver products are used for wound care, they can not be returned or exchange once the inside package is opened.
